My focus for this work is the abstract reflections on the waters of Waterplace Park, Providence, Rhode Island.
From the shore I observe the display of an ever-changing dance of nature. It’s the creation of light reflected from nearby buildings as it rides the tidal flows coursing through the Woonasquatucket River flowing through Waterplace Park in downtown Providence. The tangible substance of water provides a canvas for the marriage of the two intangibles. With my camera I’m able to capture the briefest instant of the ever-changing splendor before me. My images are your invitation to come join the dance.
